Return & Claim Procedures

Faulty Items

Our primary goal is to ensure you are absolutely satisfied with your purchase. We will refund defective items, with the exception of used or worn articles, unless they bear manufacturing or material defects. In the case of incorrect, damaged, or faulty goods, the delivery charge will also be refunded.

If you have a faulty item, please contact our Customer Service Team at Store@dal.ae providing your order details and stating the reason for returning the product. We will send you a return form which must be enclosed with the goods you are sending back. Please note that goods received without a return note will not be processed.

Return/Exchange Items

To return or exchange a product (excluding bespoke items), you may do so within 14 days of the date you received it. The product you wish to return must be in sellable condition, in its original, undamaged packaging. When making a refund, the overall condition of the product being returned will be taken into consideration.

Please note, we will refund the price of the item to the purchaser or exchange the product once it has been received by us. All delivery costs for returned products will be your responsibility.
